Faça o mesmo aos alperces e aos figos. Corte as ameixas e misture todos os frutos (é claro que não têm que ser estes os frutos, podemos variar).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#993399;"&gt;Bata os ovos numa tigela com o açucar amarelo. Junte a essencia de baunilha.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#993399;"&gt;Incorpore as natas nos ovos. Adicione o leite condensado aos poucos, batando com a batedeira electrica, em seguida, junte os ovos batidos e a raspa de limão.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc33cc;"&gt;Adicione a farinha, em seguida o fermento e o sal. Esprema 1/2 limão e envolva na massa das bolachas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;color:#cc33cc;"&gt;Misture com a batedeira até obter uma massa homogenea. aos poucos vá juntando a farinha mexendo sempre. Disponha de nozes de massa sobre um tabuleiro, forrado com papel vegetal. Leve ao forno durtante 15 minutos. Tire as ervilhas das vagens.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;color:#cc33cc;"&gt;Aloure as lulas com o alho picado, em 3 colheres de azeite. deixe evaporar quase totalmente o liquido libertado pelas lulas, junte as chalotas, o vinho e deixe tomar de gosto. tempere de sal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;color:#cc33cc;"&gt;Junte as ervilhas, 1 concha de agua da cozedura da massa e deixe cozer durante 10 minutos. Junte a margarina, o açucar e a baunilha e mexa. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Peneire a farinha e o fermento e vá incorporando aos poucos no creme da banana. Junte depois as pepitas de chocolate e mexa bem. Barre um tabuleiro e distribua a massa. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Leve ao forno por 30 minutos e deixe arrefecer sobre uma grelha. Corte em barrinhas. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Misture o açucar com a canela num prato fundo. Juntamos ao creme o chocolate derretido, assim como a farinha e o fermento.&lt;br /&gt;De seguida bater as claras em castelo, e aos poucos juntar ao preparado anterior (não usem nesta fase a batedeira, fica a massa mais fofa se for com uma colher de pau) Deita-se a massa numa forma previamente untada com manteiga.&lt;br /&gt;Finalmente vai ao forno, previamente aquecido a 150º, durante +- 45 minutos.&lt;br /&gt;Cobertura: Derrete-se as 2 tiras de tablete de culinária, com as natas, e a tablete de chocolate preto,e o resto da manteiga, em banho maria. Depois do bolo cozido e desenformado, deitar o creme de chocolate por cima...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc33cc;"&gt;E voilá... Pique a massa com um garfo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc33cc;"&gt;Numa tigela, bata os ovos com o açucar até fazer espuma. Em seguida adicione as natas, o coco ralado e o rum. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc33cc;"&gt;Deite a mistura na forma, alise a superficie e leve ao forno durante 25 minutos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc33cc;"&gt;Corte as bananas em rodelas. Regue-as com o sumo do limão. Disponha as rodelas de banana sobre a tarte. Deixe arrefece um pouco. Deite o queijo e o açucar em pó numa tijela e bata com a batedeira electrica até obter um creme macio e aveludado, depois aromatize com o rum. Incorpore o chocolate derretido no creme de mascarponde. Junte o sal e 75g de coco ralado, misture e leve ao frigorifico por 20/30 minutos. Com o auxilio de uma colher pequena, forme bolinhas do tamanho de uma noz. Divida-as e passe as bolinhas quer no açucar em pó, no coco, e no cacau. À parte, misturar a agua com o vinho do porto e duas colheres de açucar e humedecer os palitos la reine nesta mistura. Forramos um pirex fundo com os palitos, fazendo camadas alternadas com o preparado inicial.
